Recently one of the website visitors posed the following question: ‘Before I commence any further, I have some curious questions. Are you still running? I ask this because I see things from 2015 so I just want to make sure this service is still up and running. What are you service times? If I pay for within 8 hours and you pay at night to, do you count the hours of the night or start in the new day?’

Answer:

I moved to India in 2014 and have a busy clinical practice (my local website can be accessed here), which is the reason I haven’t quite put in the effort to upgrade the pages on the website. However, the Online Consultation service is very much live/ active. I usually reply within a few hours of the question being posted. The 8 hours service does take into consideration my 6 hours of sleep time! So yes, you should still receive a reply within the stipulated time, counted from the time of payment.
