Dont’s:

• Do not expose the treated area to direct & harsh sun light.
• Do not use any type of make up or perfumed creams until the swelling & redness have subsided .
• Do not undergo any facial treatments like facials , micro-dermabrasion or scrubs until a 24 hour time scale has passed.
• Do not use any other form of epilation in between the laser sessions, if you need to cover any hair, either use a concealer or trim the hair on the surface of the skin.
• Do not tamper with the root  of the hair at an stage of the treatment.

Do’s:

• Ensure the laser centre is reputed before spending large amounts of money.
• Always stick to the predetermined area of treatment for every session. If necessary demarcate the area with a white coloured pencil so that you can rub it off after the treatment.
• Make sure that you wash the area of treatment with soap & lots of water & pat dry.
• Keep the area nice & cold before & after the treatment , to help the skin cope better with the heat.
• Ensure the technician shaves the area just before the treatment, so that the heat is directed only to the root & the not the surface of the skin.
