Hi I am currently using clindamycin phosphate in the morning and differin at night to control breakouts. I also am using meladerm (post acne lightener) in the morning and at night. Is it safe to use meladerm with these two treatments? And if so should i put the meladerm on first or second?

Should be fine if its working for you. You can apply the creams together or in which ever order, shouldn’t be a problem.
