My son fell into a bucketful of very hot water when he was 3.5 years old.He underwent 2 plastic surgeries for healing of burns .Now there are hypertropic scars in few areas of his body.when we consulted doctors for pulse dyed laser treatment,they suggested that he wait till he is 16 .Is this advice correct? Is there a way by which the scars could be totally removed? I s the best time now?[he is 8 years now] or when he is 16?Please advise us.
