This agreement governs your use of this dermatology educational service (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of the Service
The Service provides general educational information about skin conditions. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for in-person medical care.
Paid image-based reviews are educational overviews prepared under dermatologist oversight. They do not create a doctor–patient relationship and do not constitute formal medical consultation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If submitting information about a minor, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and authorised to provide consent.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree:
• not to upload identifiable personal documents
• not to upload full-face photographs
• to anonymise reports or images before submission
• not to upload illegal, harmful, or third-party content without consent
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted content.
4. Data Collected
We may collect:
• anonymised skin images
• written symptom descriptions
• limited voluntarily provided health history
• payment confirmation metadata
• technical service logs
Users are instructed not to upload identifiable personal information.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Health-related information is processed with explicit user consent solely to prepare an educational dermatology overview.
6. Purpose of Data Use
Data is used only to:
• provide educational dermatology reviews
• operate and secure the Service
• process payments
Data is not used for advertising or unrelated profiling.
7. Data Minimisation
Only information necessary for educational review is collected. Users are instructed to anonymise content before upload.
8. Access Control
Uploaded content is accessible only to authorised clinical reviewers and secure system administrators.
9. Retention
Images and health information are retained only as long as necessary to complete the educational review and maintain service records, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
10. User Rights
Users may request:
• access to their data
• correction of inaccurate data
• deletion of uploaded data
• withdrawal of consent

11. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect data from unauthorised access or misuse.
12. International Transfers
If data is processed outside India, appropriate safeguards consistent with GDPR-equivalent privacy standards are applied.
13. Children’s Data
Information about minors may only be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
14. AI Training
Uploaded content is not used to train public AI systems or unrelated research without explicit consent.
15. Educational Limitation
All outputs are educational. The Service does not prescribe medication or replace clinical examination. Reliance on the Service is at the user’s discretion and risk.
16. Payments and Refund Policy
Paid services are non-refundable once dermatologist review has begun. If payment is made but review has not started, users may request cancellation within 24 hours. Technical billing errors will be corrected upon verification.
17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration law. Arbitration shall take place in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Court proceedings may be initiated only after arbitration has been attempted.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, the Service and its operators are not liable for:
• medical outcomes
• user decisions based on educational content
• indirect or consequential damages
• service interruptions
19. Intellectual Property
All Service content is protected by copyright and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
20. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse or violation of this agreement.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
22. Compliance with Indian Information Technology Laws
The Service operates in accordance with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related data protection principles concerning reasonable security practices and lawful processing of electronic information.
23. Changes to Agreement
We may update this agreement. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
