i m from pakistan want your advise as you are the most famous skin specialist here see you in  internet i have a problem of skin that i want to say in detail.
small red acne are appeared on the top my nose at least 2 to 10 nos after 2 days pus is out and dried. i use doxyciline, ciprofoxicine,amoxiline etc acne soap but no proper treatment occurred on my nose  i have contact many skin specialists for treatment but only short term relief advise.
dear dr. i want permanent advise from your experience along with prescription of medicine treatment as my skin is oily.
i shall be highly thankful and will be extremely waiting for your valuable advise. thank and will pray for your health alway.
