Hello Dr Attili I am traveling the world and I recently visited a dermatologist in Budapest, as for a number of years I felt that my face was red. I did have bad acne as a teenager and I was put on Roaccutaine which cleared it up, but I think left me with some seasonal eczema. She has diagnosed me with Seborrhoeic dermatitis and given me the following treatments: Flukonazol: One capsule a week. A mixed cream Cutivat Borax? For use on the face and back Unguentum Hydrophilicum. For use in the shower. So I do have a few questions which were very difficult due to the language barrier. 1. Do I actually have this condition? It doesn’t look like the google image pictures I see. 2. Is this the treatment I need? 3. My face appears to have become worse using the cream. Does it get better? Do I push on and finish the treatment? I can provide pictures when required. Please help, I really don’t want to go out in public at the moment. Many thanks for your time.
