I’m in my 60s, and for the past few months I’ve noticed a small rough patch on my forearm that feels like sandpaper when I run my fingers over it. At first it didn’t bother me much, but lately it’s become more noticeable, slightly itchy, and catches on my clothing, which makes me worry every time it brushes against fabric.
