The antibiotics you’ve prescribed to me last time have failed. A couple of years have passed. I have used your service many times in the past, under name Piotr Mazurkiewicz, but have changed my name to Peter Kolka since.

I am suffering from generalized facial cicatricial folliculitis with deep follicular plugs and recurrent flare-ups. Topicals and oral antibiotics failed, so did tretoinon creams, adapalene, and general care, with glycolic or salicilic acids. and I would like to discuss systemic treatment options like low-dose oral isotretinoin.

Would be great if you could organise a postal service for this, like last time.

I was thinking about 20mg to start with for the first 4 weeks (30 tabs) , and then 40mg from there on (60 tabs). I know 90 days is the limit for international transport. I will then have to get in touch in 2-3 months for a repeat, as the source should be running for 6-8 months, from my research…
